Assistant Assessor


The Town of Shelburne, Board of Assessors is seeking qualified applicants for the position of Assistant Assessor. The applicant must perform all functions of assessment procedures including establishing and maintaining valuations of all taxable properties. Additional duties include completion of annual tax rate setting process. Associates Degree in Business Administration, Finance or a related field with a Bachelor’s degree preferred. Experience with the CAMA appraisal system and revaluation process is desirable.
