Notice is hereby given that the Shelburne Planning Board will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, February 25, 2015 at 7:00 PM, in the Meeting Room at Memorial Hall, 51 Bridge St., Shelburne Falls, MA. The purpose of this hearing is to allow for public review and comment on the following revisions to the Shelburne Zoning Bylaw: Table of Contents; Section 2.30 Definition of Principal Use/Structure; Section 4.0 Uses Permitted by Right or Special Permit, or Prohibited, Section 4.1 Limit on Principal Structures per lot; Section 16 Telecommunications Regulations: 16.3.3 General Requirements, 16.5.B.1 Facilities Requiring a Special Permit Within the CRSOD, 16.10 Waivers; Section 17 Premises-Use Wind-Energy Systems: 17.4.4 Pre-Application Conference, 17.9.1 Abandonment or Decommissioning Removal Requirements. This hearing will also allow for public review and comment on a proposed Zoning Bylaw amendment: Section 9.0 Sign Regulations. This bylaw amendment would replace the entire existing "Section 9.0 Sign Regulations." For review purposes only, a copy of the proposed bylaw amendments are available for inspection in the Town Clerk"s Office, 51 Bridge St., Shelburne Falls, during the Clerk"s regular business hours.
