Responsible for providing clerical support to the Town Administrator. Duties include: attending Selectboard meetings; record and/or transcribe meeting minutes; and prepare final document for acceptance by the Board.
Duties require effective verbal and written communication skills, interpersonal skills, basic computer proficiency, and accurate record keeping. Must be available on Monday evenings.
High School education required. General knowledge of basic office skills required. Individual must possess good listening, communication, and writing skills. Discretion and confidentiality necessary. Must have reliable transportation.
