COVID 19 Information in Franklin County 2/17/21
Currently Massachusetts is in Phase 2 of the three phase COVID 19 vaccine distribution plan.
Phase 2 menas individuals 75 and older (as well as all individuals in Phase 1) are eligible to receive vaccines.
NOTICE - Effective February 18, 2021 those who are 65+ years or older, individuals with two or more specific medical conditions, listed here , and residents and staff of public and private low income and affordable senior housing are eligible for the vaccine.
There is still a limited amount of vaccine available, below are options for those eligble in Franklin County

The City of Greenfield is accepting appointments for all eligable Franklin County residents for their Phase 2 clinic at the Jon Zon Community Center. Vaccine supply remains limited and available appointments are dependent on how much vaccine is alloted and delivered to our region each week.
Greenfield Big Y Supermarket and CVS Pharmacy
The Greenfield Big Y supermarket and CVS pharmacy in Greenfield are now offering vaccines by appointment, subject to vaccine availability. Both Big Y supermarket and the CVS pharmacy require an online registration process, and have a form that you must complete before getting your shot at those locations. The easiest way to access the Greenfield Big Y or Greenfield CVS pharmacy vaccine registration systems is to do a google search for “Big Y vaccines” or “CVS vaccines,” to start your registration process.
Eligible Seniors needing assistance in register online for a vaccine or help arranging transportaotin to a vaccination appointment, can call the LifePath Vaccine Access Hotline and leave a message with their name, town and phone number.
