FFY22/23 CDBG APPLICATION
The Shelburne Selectboard will hold a PUBLIC HEARING to receive comment concerning its combined FFY22 and FFY23 Community Development Block Grant Application on Monday, January 30, 2023 at 6:00 PM.

Projects to be submitted for the 2022/23 CDBG application are kitchen improvements at Highland Village, a public housing complex for income-eligible seniors and persons with disabilities, located in Shelburne; and, provision of Food Pantry Services by Community Action Pioneer Valley for income-eligible Shelburne residents. The Town will contract with a private consultant to administer this grant. Shelburne’s grant request can be for up to $1,350,000 and will also include delivery and general administration expenses.
Any persons or organizations will be given the opportunity to be heard. Previous years’ CDBG projects may be discussed. Everyone wishing to speak will be given the opportunity. Comments in writing to Terry Narkewicz, Town Administrator, 51 Bridge Street, Shelburne Falls, MA 01370, townadmin@TOWNOFSHELBURNEMA.GOV, will be accepted prior to the hearing. The Town will make reasonable accommodation with seven days prior written notice to the Selectboard’s office.
