2. Reviewed mail - 2 new deeds

3. Signed previous meeting minutes from February 25th

4. Signed Motor vehicle abatements

5. Signed February monthly lists of abatements, exemptions, & commitments

6. Signed Motor Vehicle Commitments, 2007 ( #7 ), 2008 ( #1 )

7. Signed bill payable from Registry of Deeds

8. Signed Chapter 61A Certificate

9. Next meeting March 24th

10. All assessors and the assistant attended Public Officials Training from 6:00 till 9:00 PM
Concerning Open meeting laws and Public records laws

11. Property owner had question regarding an appraisal that he just had done on his house
and appraisal was lower than our assessment - it was explained to him by Jim Richardson
that our valuations were based on sales data from 2005 & 2006 for fiscal year 2008, so
Valuations might differ from appraisals - most times bank appraisals are lower
Since they are conservative in their estimate of the equity in the home
