Order of Business:

2nd Round Interviews for Part-time Clerical Staff for Town Boards: members of the Board met with the two remaining finalists seeking the part-time clerical positions for the Board of Health, Zoning Board of Appeals and Planning Board.

Following the interviews, a motion was made by Joe to hire Faye Whitney of Ashfield, MA to serve as the part-time clerk for the Planning Board and the Zoning Board and to hire Linda Bickford of Rowe, MA to serve as the part-time Board of Health Clerk with the understanding that if conflicts arise in meeting schedules, the two could cover for one another. Adjournment: a motion was made by John to adjourn the meeting at 4:52 p.m. Joe seconded the motion. Motion carried unanimously.
