    • Personal Property Forms of List - no reply for several so we will use last year's values
    • Bob McAllister called about our inspection at 337 Peckville Rd., concerning house rental, which is an APR violation. He was informed of this by Rich Chandler and told that the renter must be a full-time employee in agricultural business. He wants to postpone assessors' inspection until renters have moved out, which should be within 30 days. He applied for subdivision so he could sell this parcel. He had a buyer, but the deal did not go through. He will have to re-apply, since he thinks he might have another buyer. He was only charging $450/month rent. Told him we would set up inspection date in June after house is vacated
    • Chip Hager Talked to APR people & residence use is okay - immediate family member who is a full-time employee in farm business is living there
    • Ownership of Fuhrman land in tax title on Mohawk Trail across from State Police is undetermined.
    • Spring Farm (John Logan) Graves Road - one house is rented - is the other a second home. No not enough value in home
    • Ashfield Stone TIF Valuation for this year. Will wait for completion of project
    • 240 Colrain-Shelburne Rd. only @ 91% complete? Decided to change to 100%
    • New Cingular Wireless abatement - No response to proposed $10,000 reduction in valuation sent 2/16/2011 - will send denial notice that it is deemed denied

    11. New Business

    • Disposition of Section 5 Excise Bills - Repairers, Owner-Contractors, & Farmers - decided to not collect as most are Farm Excise, which we do not collect
    • Assistant found Chapter 61A Lien dated 10/10/2000 misfiled in wrong parcel folder - lien lists lot on Map 32D, which is incorrect, it should be 23D - owner is Robert Mitchell and the land is on Skinner Road - not valued as Chapter land - Jim noted that land is sold, so we do not need to change anything yet
