1. Called meeting to order @ 6:04PM, Jim Richardson, Joe Mattei, & Marvin Peck present

2. Reviewed mail:

  • City & Town -- December 9
  • Department of Veteran Services FY2012 Shelburne's apportioned expenses = $4,941

6. Signed Bill(s) Payable -- Bishop & Associates final bill = $3,500; sent bill for $4,500 but assistant talked to Roy about us reaching an agreement reducing total bill in January of this year by $1,000

7. Signed FY2011 Real Estate & Personal Property Warrants -- 3rd & 4th Qtrs

  • Town RE = $ 1,362,448.67
  • Town PP = $ 80,338.73
  • Fire District RE = $ 77,966.34
  • Fire District PP = $ 7,041.35

8. Signed Acknowledgements of receipt of Revised Conflict of Interest Law from Town Clerk

9. Discuss any New Business

  • Kevin Parsons is filing abatement for the Gitsis bank building -- Roy Bishop told him valuation would be in the $750,000 range, we have at $788,333 plus $70,400 for land for total of $858,733. Levitch appraisal was $770,000 on 8/11/2009. All agreed to leave valuation alone.
  • 3ABC Forms will be sent to Exempt Property owners at end of month -- did not receive forms from 3 last year Greenfield YMCA, VFW, & Historical Society
  • Sending Exemption forms
  • Tom Miner received CO for house @ 59 Maple St. moving this month -- we will visit in the spring
  • Cartographics is picking up plans for Map Updates tomorrow
  • Mike Leonard is doing a new forestry plan for Ray Hartman (current plan expires 12/31/2011)
  • Jim Bragdon was here looking at maps & owners to see about putting out more Maple taps
  • Real Estate agent was checking on frontage on Skinner road for Mitchell's lot 5, 8.74acres, for possibility of splitting into 3 lots -- frontage looks like about 800 feet
  • Assistant is working on list of plans in bookcase & shelves
