    CSC Tech Talk -- February -- CSC will be creating their own cost tables
    Important legislation for assessors:
    Sect. 25 allows the DOR to revise certification schedule for towns
    Sect. 53 allows assessors to assess development rights of condos
    Sect. 40 thru 47 allows for auditing of personal property accounts

    9. Sandra Butson was here from Cartographics -- told her we are waiting till next year for map updates due to budget constraints and we only have a couple of changes so far

    10. Questions? Chapter 61A - Need 5 acres of AG land + 2 acres house lot; Not just 3 acres & 2 acre house lot. Yes, at least 5 acres must be devoted to agriculture

    11. Reviewed & Processed six Abatement applications -- tabled the remaining four until next meeting
