MEETING MINUTES
—January 11, 2010

1. Called meeting to order @ 6:00PM

2. Roy Bishop was here to discuss Revaluation plan for this year -- Proposed contract for $8,500

He will take a $1,000 off proposal, since personal property does not require 100% field review, per state representative.

Because of cuts at the DOR there is considerable lag time between the time when information is submitted to Springfield, and the time the response is received from Boston requesting more detailed explanations. Roy is starting immediately to gather information on commercial property and compiling preliminary LA3 sales report.

10. Decided to wait and see how revaluation goes with the State before asking Susan Gribbell to reclassify land under Chapter 61, since it will cost additional money to file the lien and release 61A lien -- will notify her of this
